{ A cat for White Wednesday? }

The past week just shot by, and I didn't have anything prepared for WW, so I thought I'd share photos of my silly white cat. Some cats are what I call 'container kitties', some are not. This one has the CK gene in spades! He'll curl up in anything! Enjoy!

Happy White Wednesday everyone!!!

 One of my dreams is to have a white farmhouse someday, so I thought I'd share a few white farmhouse pics gathered around the interwebs :-)

My farmhouse MUST have a wraparound porch...

and I really want a sleeping porch...

lot's of trees around...

just general farmhousy-ness...

and then.....wait for it....

I see this....

WHO could resist the house from Practical Magic!?!?!

What a dream!!!!!

Thank for stopping by, and don't forget to sign-up for my

{White Wednesday}

This week I wanted to show of how I covered my computer chair. It is simply two white cotton and battenberg lace pillow shams! I was able to gently tug one over the seat, and the other fit perfectly over the back. I used a pretty rose pin to pin down the little 'wings' that stuck out on the sides of the top. I think it looks fantastic!

Linking up with a lot of other white lovers over at Kathleen's FADED CHARM.

{White Bird}

A couple weeks back I showed you a picture of a sweet plaster bird found in a junk store.

 Here is his 'before'...

Here is his 'after'!

(White Wednesday again}

Went to our favorite nursery last Saturday because they were having an end-of-season sale. (You can see pictures of this awesome place in this post) Bought several perennials, including this sweet double Shasta Daisy. I love how it looks like a fuzzy pompom!

I also found the mock orange I've been hunting for...a Minnesota Snowflake!

 It looks like this now...

..and I'm hoping that next year it will look like this!
