Spent most of the day trying to get the laundry room finished. Got the first coat of paint on and carpet shampooed. Would have loved to just take it out, but can't afford a new floor. Who puts carpet in a laundry room? Bad news is it's going to need another coat of paint, but we're going to put W&D back in and do the new coat just on the visible places. I just want the project to be o-v-e-r! When we're finished, I'll post before and after photos for you.
Went to my sisters for dinner in the evening. She had found and downloaded the birthday song from Sheriff John! Boy was I surprised! We grew up with that show in Southern California! Anyone else remember it???
All in all it ended up to be a pleasant day, and I still have a week of vacation left!! Yea me!
