Pink Saturday! (I'm late)

Happy Pink Saturday and I'm late posting again! LOL! Click on the pretty china girl to take you to a list of other bloggers posting their pinkies! And, once again, thank you to Beverly for hosting this pink extravaganza!

WOW! This means that my last three posts have been Pink Saturday! LOL! Blogging has been low on my priority list these days. Here are my contributions for today, again, found on my travels through Ebay-land. Enjoy!!

Isn't this crinoline scrumptious!!!!

I would SO wear these vintage shoes! Alas, not my size :-(

I would so NOT wear these.
Did people really wear these atrocious disco shoes???
Too funny!!!!!

Do you all remember when you could get COLORED TP? I do!

That's all for this weeks post. Have a wonderful weekend!!

  11. OMG Lynn, I loved the blue TP. It was so beautiful. Ofcourse Grandma had pink, and it seems like I remember yellow also. Now with all of the cancer scares and such, we only see white. Thanks for stopping by Country Wings in Phoenix. Please stop back by and sign up to be a Follower, I will do the same. "Country Hugs", Sherry

  26. Coloured toilet paper? You mean you can't buy it any more in the US? How curious! Why ever not?

You need to move to the UK - any supermarket will stock lots of pretty colours, whether national brands or own brands - and patterned papers too. The best is Marks & Spencer, who not only do decorated papers but seasonal ones too - great Christmas patterns (including a special one for children). Right now there's a beach-themed one with sea shells... eat your heart out, lol. Right now ours are Sainsburys (supermarket own brand) with little rose petals: http://www.sainsburys.com/groceries/index.jsp?bmUID=1246172637672

Apart from that... LOVE those pink shoes, the first pair. What vintage? 1940s? And still very wearable today. Happy Pink Saturday!

  28. Oh those shoes!! LOL! I don't think it was all THAT long ago when even our own daughters (well, my daughter is 22) were wearing those big Frankenstein-looking type sandals... Know the ones I mean? I STILL couldn't bring myself to even want to wear those things then!! I'm very small-boned, so I think they would just look ridiculous on me anyway! And puh-leeeease! All the WORK it would take to so much as put one foot in front of the other!! (0; Happy Pink Saturday, and hope you have a wonderful week!
