DEAR LLYN,I WOULDN'T IN SOME OF THE CHINA THAT IS THIN AND DELICATE BECAUSE MY SILLY THEORY IS WHEN YOU PUT IN COFFEE OR TEA....THE WHOLE CUP IS RECEIVING THE SAME AMOUNT OF HEAT AT THE SAME TIME....BUT YOU KNOW HOW WHEN YOU BURN A CANDLE AND THE DRAFT IN THE ROOM CAUSES THE FLAME TO GO A CERTAIN WAY....WELL THAT WOULD PUT MORE HEAT IN ONE AREA AND COULD PUT A PRESSURE FRACTURE.....I DON'T KNOW BUT I HAVE BURNED A SMALL CANDLE IN WHAT I WOULD CALL STURDY CHINA...I DON'T KNOW ALL THE WORDS FOR IT AND IT WAS FINE.....I HAVE ALSO HAD A CANDLE HOLDER MADE TO BURN CANDLES AND IT BLEW IN HALF AFTER ONE HOUR AND IT COULD HAVE REALLY HURT THE PERSON SITTING ACROSS FROM IT BUT SHE HAD GOTTEN UP TO TAKE A PHONE CALL. PRAISE THE LORD.I WOULD GOOGLE IT.BLESSINGSHUGSdebbie

I agree with Elyse - google it, google knows all!
Can't answer your question, either. Just stopped by to see what you've been up to.Did you find that shop in Walport? How do you manage to find all those wonderful pink goodies you show on Saturdays? I love looking at all of them.
I have no idea but I wouldn't try it until I knew for sure the china teacup would be ok.
By the way, I LOVE the photo in your blog header.
I'm so happy that you visited my little blog! Thank you for the lovely comment and have a superb day!!
