It's Pink Saturday, and I have a killer cold. I told Beverly I would participate this week, so I'm doing a short and sweet post and going back to bed for awhile. I won't be doing much visiting of all you Pinkies this week! So sorry!
This is my favorite cup and saucer. Look at the cute little butterfly wing handles! Sweet!
That's about all I can muster the energy for kids! MDH and I had planned to go to a big antique show out on a farm today and I really don't want to miss it. Maybe I'll take 1/2 of a bottle of Dayquil and soldier on.....
Don't forget to visit Beverly's list of Pinkies today!!
WE HAVE . . .
Llyn, I am so sorry to hear that you are sick. I had a nasty virus, so did Mermaid Shelley. It lasted far too long. Take good care of yourself and rest when you can. I love, love your pink tea cup. As for your question below. I think that you can because I sure do see lots of people doing it. I have too. One thing you might want to do is put a bit of sand or beans or something like that in the bottom to keep the wax from melting in the teacup.
ReplyDeleteFeel better! Mermaid Debbie
Oh, by the way... your animals are darling! Mermaid Shelley has said for years that she wants a Corgi. They are so cute! I love Puck. What a gorgeous cat. You should send us their photos and we will put them in our Cute Pets Gallery on our Mermaids of the Lake online magazine. One of these days we are going to have a contest for cutest pet!
ReplyDeleteOh, dear. I should have scrolled down! Basil is darling too. What a funny photo.
ReplyDeleteHello, I hope you feel better...
