{ Holiday Happiness Giveaway }

Whew! Thanksgiving is over and now I can concentrate on Christmas! I refuse to even THINK about until after Turkey Day, lol.

Today is the day that MDH starts hauling in all the totes of Christmas decorations, and I know that I'll be purging a lot of them. This house is so much tinier than our former home, and I know that there is NO WAY I can use it all. Some will go to Goodwill, some will probably go on Ebay,
and a  select few of my very favorites items will go to the lucky winner of my
Holiday Happiness Giveaway!!!

Yep, I'm doing it again! This one will also be a surprise giveaway. Having it be a surprise was so much fun!!!

You can enter THREE times!

1st entry:  Leave me a comment letting me know what your favorite holiday decoration is.
2nd entry: Write a blog post about my giveaway and leave me a comment to let me know!
3rd entry: Put my giveaway button on your sidebar and leave me a comment to let me know!

Please make each entry a separate comment!!!

Deadline is midnight DECEMBER 15th!

Happy Holidays!!!

  6. Whooopeee! I LOVE a giveaway!

My favorite Christmas decoration is my nativity set. My daughter bought it for me years ago... When my stepdaughter was about ten I asked her to set it up for me....I didn't pay any attention to what she was doing, but came to look at it when it was all done... TEARS....lots and lots of tears.... Ahhh.....the little children. She'd set it up so that Jesus was in the center and all the other pieces were facing the Baby Jesus.... I always set it up so that you could see all of the faces......Silly adults.... I've set it up her way ever since and I think of that day every time.... Isn't that the way it should be?

    Huggies!

  7. My favorite decoration is the tree loaded with all the ornaments we have collected in our travels. I might be a bit prejudiced, but it is the prettiest tree I have ever ever seen. Really! :-)

We just moved into a much smaller home, too. Fun!

  13. Oh, DUH. My favorite Holiday decoration is a little white tree that I put all of my great grandmothers Japan bells that my Grandfather brought her home from WW2. I cherish them as I can remember how proud she was to put them out. My Grandpa passed away many years before her and she lived with my Grandmother, but she displayed those with pride from her only child that served for each of us :) Hugs :) Rhea

  20. It's nice to meet you, sugar, and we're like you—starting over SMALLER! Yikes!! So do NOT include me in the giveaway but I'm STILL not through hauling stuff to thrift stores, giving it to friends, selling on ebay or having another garage sale to get rid of stuff. Ooooh my, why do we chicks accumulate so much?! Hmmmmm???

  22. I love surprises! I found you on Mysocalledjunkylife's blog.

While I am in graduate school my husband and I have to live in an apartment that is too small for a tree so I hang ornaments on anything that will hold them, like mirrors and such. My favorite ornament of all time is a vintage pink ornament with the satin thread-like covering and beads and ric rac. We used to put it on the tree when I was little and I begged my mom for it when I moved out. It's a good thing too because years later they lost all of their other ornaments in a fire! Yeah for nostalgia ;)

  23. Hi Lori Lynn!
I just wanted to stop by and say hello and thank you for participating in my Giveaway.
My favorite holiday decoration is a nativity scene that I won from Hallmark when my kids were very small. It was the first thing I had ever won, but best of all it was the start of a tradition that I love....my kids (much older now) still set the scene up together every year. It's something we all look forward to.
PS Your blog is beautiful...I have become a follower!
    Take care,
